CERTIFICATION
We work with and support the use of DISC assessments and provide debriefs with a global client base. We can also certify internal HR or Training & Development partners in the DISC tool to enable internal delivery of the assessment. Certification can be provided onsite or online in a one to one and a half day session.
ABOUT US
KnowDISC is a website dedicated to support the learning, development and application of the DISC assessment tool. While DISC can be easy to learn behavioral model, that often takes a 2-3 hour debrief session with a certified instructor. These videos were designed to help people understand, review and be able to learn and apply the tool efficiently and effectively as an alternate learning method.
